It all started more than 35 years ago…
We fell in love with family vacations in North Myrtle Beach, SC. In 2000, after years of renting, we found a place to call our own and host our growing family of seven.
Topographic Oceans is our historic beach home—and labor of love. We’ve come a long way in our renovation, including a new driveway, siding, windows, roof and reinforced foundation. We are continually making improvements to both the guest and host sides of the duplex.
It has become a perfect place for comfortable beach vacations. We’re so pleased to have a place where friends and family can enjoy the sand, sun, and summer—but most importantly time together.

Our second labor of love is maintaining Bob’s DeLorean. It’s always a show stopper when we take it out.
The home’s name came from the Yes album, “Tales from Topographic Oceans.” Yes is one of our favorite bands and their music can be seen in many parts of our life—from our wedding song to our kids’ names.
